6-Week Personal Growth Package

This personal growth package includes 6 private individual coaching sessions with Dr. Shelley provided on a weekly basis as well additional email support and personalized activities and exercises that you may practice outside of sessions. This package is ideal for anyone who is looking to make personal or relationship changes and ready to commit to the process. These sessions are billed via a weekly invoice. This package is valued at $900.

Deluxe Monthly Coaching Package

The Deluxe Coaching Package includes weekly (4) 50-minute sessions for the month and offered via video platform or phone. This is a very popular choice for individuals committing to weekly services. A 2-month commitment is required. The sessions are billed via a weekly invoice. This package is valued at $600/month.

Basic Monthly Coaching Package

The Basic Monthly Coaching Package includes 2 bi-weekly 50-minute sessions offered via video platform or phone for the month. A 3-month commitment is required. The sessions are billed every 2 weeks. This package is valued at $300/month.

Individual Session

Single sessions, independent of packages, are also offered. This is a 50-minute session provided by phone or video platform with Dr. Shelley.
