Couple’s Therapy

Every couple hits a wall. What matters is what you do next.

Relationships aren't always easy—and the ones worth keeping rarely are. Maybe you've been having the same argument for years and nothing ever gets resolved. Maybe you've grown distant and can't quite remember how you got here. Maybe trust has been broken, and you're not sure if it can be repaired. Or maybe things aren't in crisis, but you know something is missing and you want more.

Whatever brought you here, couples therapy is a space where both of you get to be heard—not just your side of the story, but the full picture of what's happening between you.

Dr. Shelley works with couples navigating conflict, communication breakdown, intimacy struggles, infidelity, life transitions, and everything in between. Using evidence-based approaches including the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, she helps couples move past the patterns keeping them stuck and build something stronger, more connected, and more intentional.

Because a great relationship doesn't happen by accident. It's built—conversation by conversation, choice by choice, day by day.

If you're ready to stop going in circles and start moving forward together, we're here. Schedule your free consultation with Dr. Shelley below and take the first step toward the relationship you both deserve.
